This episode includes our 3rd installment of our Profiles in Student Housing series.  In this episode Wes sits down with Brandon Smith, the VP of Operations and Development at The Tailwind Group based in Mankato, MN.  Tailwind Group is a newer owner and operator within the PBSH space but has very organic and entrepreneurial roots dating back to the aftermath of 9/11.  2021 led to some significant growth with their foot print which allowed them to enter the coveted Top 25.  Brandon shares his journey from switching gears as a financial advisor to taking on his first leasing position as a contractor to now leading a national student housing firm.
