SHI 2010: An Interview with Dan Oltersdorf

While attending the 2018 Campus Connex conference put on by the NAA in Orlando last week, I got to spend some time with Dan Oltersdorf. Dan is the Chief Learning Officer for Campus Advantage and a true student housing veteran of both on campus and off-campus housing. We got to sit down and chat about his new role, the conference, and a bit on leadership, culture, and learning.
